Okay, Here's the info you've all been looking for!

Tuesday June 21, July 19 and August 16.  Always the third Tuesday of the summer months. You call the shop to register (your surfer doesn't need to be A/A, just "special", downs, Dubowicz...). We supply wetsuits and surfboards. We try for two volunteers per surfer. One to help catch the wave and one to run interference and redirect. Parents will meet at the beach and help dress their surfers for the surf session. We will start at 5:30 and finish at 7, if our surfer lasts that long.We will bring your wetsuits to the beach in a bag with your special person's name on it. Meet us there at 5:30, and be ready to help put that suit on your surfer.

As I see it, we're going to be pressed to get everyone a spot, so from here on in, if you're on one night, you're waitlisted for the other nights,  liable to be bumped if someone else wants in and hasn't come before.  We had 120 people in the water in August, so it was a fun circus.

PLEASE don't ask for a specific volunteer, with that many surfers and volunteers, I am hard pressed to organize even loosely, never mind trying to keep 80 parents happy. Imagine if you all had "special requests"? I want to keep everyone happy, and I want to enjoy this too. This is my favorite thing to do.

Soooo. Call the shop during store hours or send an email, and make sure you get a response, so you know you're confirmed. Open 8-6 starting Friday. SPECIAL SURFER REGISTRATION

We'll need;

Your name, your surfer's name, surfer's parents name, contact info, age, height, weight, special needs or recommendations, diagnosis (if it's relevant to special needs) and triggers if any. First second and third date choices (if we have room).

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD if you know surfers, we'll need volunteers.
